I started training seriously at 12 years old when I got tired of being skinny and weak. What began as a physical transformation quickly turned into something much deeper. Throughout my fitness journey, I’ve grown not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually as well. Fitness has carried me through some of my darkest moments and has become an essential part of who I am. It’s never been about impressing others or showing off — it’s about pushing myself, growing every day, and becoming a better person. That’s the message I hope to inspire in others.
